We pride ourselves in the quality of our products. They are designed to be extremely tough and dependable, but in the rare case a cord shows excessive wear or ever fails just let us know. 

STEP 1: Take a picture of the cord 

STEP 2 : Send us an Email    contact@cobrapullcord.com

• Attach the photo of the cord
• When the cord was purchased
• What machine it is used on

STEP 3:  We will quickly reply with any additional questions and next steps.
